由于新冠病毒疫情在世界范圍的大流行，各國海關和檢驗檢疫等相關政府部門對于貨物的出入境監管、檢疫逐步升級，機場、海運港口、地面操作以及卡車等人力不足的情況也日趨嚴重. 由于近期許多航空公司進出中國的航班延遲或取消，新冠病毒疫情造成對空運市場的運力壓力比預期的更激烈。物流行業目前正面臨著嚴重的班期取消或延誤的情況，運輸周期的時效性變化較大且難以控制。

The impact of Coronavirus on airfreight transportation is much more fiercer than we expected. Logistics industry is experiencing the serious delay and cancellation; the arrival time is out of control now.

我們將更加密切關注貨物的運輸情況，并隨時和您保持溝通。也請您知曉：疫情期間貨物運輸的時效性最終以航班、船期等的實際運輸情況為準，同時，請您確保所委托的貨物符合并已經備好進出口地機場、海運港口、海關、檢疫、檢驗和其他主管機關辦理貨物運輸所需要的各項手續。因上述原因導致貨物延期出運到港、無法出運、目的港無法卸載、海關查驗扣貨、無法清關、罰金等相關的風險和后果，以及額外產生的費用、成本，將由貴司自行承擔。

Please be noted the final transit time depends on the actual situation of flight/space, at meantime, you shall assure your consignment are in conformity with and ready to go through all the formalities required by the Airports, Ocean ports, Customs, Quarantine, Inspection and other competent authorities and the place of import and export. You should be liable for any additional charges, costs, penalty or any risks resulting from the above.
